The Kendrick Lamar and Drake beef that was looking to be essentially over has been shaken up by a cryptic tweet from a newly created Twitter account.
EbonyPrince2k24 is an account created within the last few days and has been the source of three cryptic tweets that are interesting, to say the least.
The first one is this. It’s a picture of the first half of the account’s name, Ebony, as a company of sorts. Established in 1978, in Brooklyn, New York it says but I’ve found no real company within these parameters. It lists various locations around the world, which is also confusing. One match is that there is an Ebony Street in one of those locations in Ontario, CA, in the USA.
A Bombshell
The second is the most major of them all. It’s a video depicting the items in the cover photo of “Meet the Grahams” (which also happens to be playing in the background of the video). If you haven’t been following this part, these are, reportedly, Drake’s items that Kendrick had gotten a hold of. Drake claims he tricked Kendrick, and those items were made to fool Kendrick by feeding him that picture. This seems to be proof that Drake was lying, and they are, in fact, real.
All of the items line up with the picture on the song cover. The serial numbers, the titles, the shirt, everything. Another thing to mention is that “Meet the Grahams” is playing on a Panasonic CF-31 laptop. This laptop is twelve years old—it’s hard to know its significance, but there must be a purpose for using it.
At the end, it’s revealed that it was filmed on a balcony with the backdrop of Manhattan, New York including the skyline and a body of water. This has a lot of significance as to why we think Kendrick Lamar is behind it.
Proof Kendrick Lamar is Behind This Account
While obviously nothing is conclusive, there is a major sign pointing toward this being Kendrick Lamar or someone in his immediate camp. Twitter has a major issue with its API that reveals when two accounts are owned/operated by the same person with a simple trick.
When you go to the people tab in the search bar and type in EbonyPrince2k24, two accounts show up. One is this account itself, and the other? You guessed it, Kendrick Lamar.

Here are some other signs. Kendrick Lamar owns a New York apartment, and Drake has said he has been living there for the last few months. He mentions this on two of his diss tracks.

Drake: “Taylor Made Freestyle”
Why did you move to New York? Is it ’cause you livin’ that bachelor life?
Drake: “Family Ties”
Kendrick has a house in Brooklyn Heights, which he bought in 2018 for $8.9M, which would give him a perfect view of New York, one similar to the one in the video. Brooklyn Heights is right beside the water, which lines up with the view of Manhattan in the video.
Is this all conclusive and 100%? I can’t say it is but it’s damn sure close to it. Kendrick Lamar is likely behind this video and this account.
Some Easter Eggs
The cryptic nature and vibe of these posts has had people compare this leaker to a Batman villain. Like every superhero film, you need easter eggs and little hints that may seem small but are still a factor in this madness. Here are some interesting ones.

Kendrick Lamar: “Meet the Grahams”
Ebony is a term for a dark color used sometimes to refer to dark-skinned women. Kendrick claims that Drake “hates black women” and “hypersexualizes” them which plays into the name Ebony for the twitter account. It’s a diss in itself.
Dr. Michael Farzam who prescribed Drake’s Ozempic medicine, was also involved in making a call to put Kanye West in psychiatric hold after the rapper allegedly attempted to assault a staff member at a gym.
The lawyer mentioned is Adrienne D. Edward, a New Jersey based lawyer. This isn’t quite an easter egg since I couldn’t find the significance of this lawyer but this name must have some hidden meaning.
The Third Post
This is the most baffling post of them all. What we do know is that this is from January 22nd, 2023, in a New York hotel lobby, and seemingly nothing else. “Jimmy Books” can’t seem to be directly connected to anything either. The security footage does however, feature Christopher Alvarez. Christopher has a rare form of dwarfism called Thanatophoric dysplasia type IIfamous. He is famous for appearing in a viral DJ Khaled social media posts.
Initially, it was thought that those items were left here on that day, but that doesn’t add up since the prescriptions are from July 2023, so this can’t be that. It’s hinting at something behind the scenes that is hard to discern. EbonyPrince claims he did leave those items there, so maybe the issue in the photo is referring to this as well?
Besides this, Kendrick is likely behind this account in a push to further this beef and prove Drake is the fraud that he’s been claiming he is. Kendrick seems to truly know a lot about Drake by revealing it anonymously. The question is, why? Well, we’ll likely find out more soon, so stay tuned.
