As the season nears its climax, the outcome hangs on a knife edge. Can underdog McLaren stand a chance against the powerhouses of Ferrari and Red Bull?

This season seems to cover a lot of ground, but the descriptions also imply that they are not going to cover two big switch-ups in two of the lower teams, Williams and RB, which both did mid-season driver swaps. Williams made a bold decision by replacing the underperforming Logan Sargeant with their academy driver, Franco Colapinto and began to see results for the first time in a while before it levelled out and he started performing at a more Williams-appropriate level. Similarly, Daniel Ricciardo was replaced by Liam Lawson, showing where Red Bull’s priorities lay and also showcasing how they utilise their sister team for their own advantage, even for short-term effects such as seeing if Lawson could prepare well enough to join the big team.
Nonetheless, we are very interested to see more of Hamilton’s rationale for joining Ferrari, Leclerc’s reaction to winning two of the most important races to him and how Red Bull truly felt about Sergio Perez’s performance throughout the season.
