A new promo for Disney+’s 2025 slate gave us our first official look at The Bear season 4.
One of this decade’s most prolific dramedies, The Bear, is set to return for a fourth season and we already have our first look. A promo released alongside Deadpool & Wolverine on Disney+ showcases our first glimpse into The Bear season 4. Watch the new promo below:
The new footage is approximately eight seconds long and features some fan-favourite characters returning. The footage opens with Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) on a train looking out over the Chicago skyline. A follow-up scene sees Cousin Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) shake Fak’s (Matty Mattheson) hand exclaiming “Excellent!” A scene of Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) and a man in a grey suit taking notes follows.
Overlaying the rest of the footage, Jamie Lee Curtis’ Donna says “Sometimes your work family is closer to you than your family family.” We get a shot of Tina (Liza Colón-Zayas) looking down quite sad, then a shot of Faks smiling at someone who looks to be Richie, both wearing suits. This is all followed by a shot of Marcus (Lionel Boyce) smiling while working. In a final shot, it’s revealed that Donna is saying this to Sydney, perhaps signifying a divide with her father in the upcoming season.
The Bear‘s past few seasons have hit big over the past few years, both in terms of awards recognition and viewership, generating a lot of buzz. It’s likely the series will aim for a June release date for a fourth time, hitting right in the prime television viewership window.
The Bear season 4 is expected in 2025. You can now stream The Bear season 1 through 3 on Hulu and Disney+.
