Red One is the latest in a now long line of Christmas action films, and now that the trailer has been released, we finally have insight into a world with a jacked Santa Claus.
Today, the teaser trailer for Amazon MGM Studios’ Red One was released as an introduction to a bold new take on a classic tale before the film’s release on November 15th. You can watch the trailer below:
With the teaser trailer of Jake Kasdan’s next film, Red One, we received new looks at the cast which includes Dwayne Johnson, Chris Evans, J.K. Simmons, Lucy Liu, Kristofer Hivju and Bonnie Hunt.
The film is described in a synopsis: “After Santa Claus (Simmons) – Code Name: ‘Red One’ – is kidnapped, the North Pole’s Head of Security (Johnson) must team up with the world’s most infamous bounty hunter (Evans) in a globe-trotting, action-packed mission to save Christmas.”
We’ve also been granted a poster the day prior, which depicts J.K. Simmons as Nick. You can view the poster below.
Red One is directed by Jake Kasdan and stars Dwayne Johnson, Chris Evans, J.K. Simmons and Lucy Liu. The film is produced by Amazon MGM Studios, distributed by Warner Brothers Pictures and will be released in theatres on November 15, 2024.
