Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘Guts World Tour’ Comes to Netflix

Netflix has announced that a version of Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘GUTS World Tour’ that was filmed in Los Angeles will arrive on the platform on October 29th.

“From the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, she’ll sing songs from her latest album, GUTS, and her debut album, SOUR,” the logline reads. “In this exhilarating concert special, get a look at Olivia on her GUTS world tour and experience her powerful performances about heartbreak and betrayal.”

The tour began on February 23rd this year in Palm Springs and will conclude on March 30th 2025 in Bogota, meaning Rodrigo would’ve headlined 99 shows for the tour. It is predicted to have earned $94 million over 50 shows.

“I’m so excited to announce that I’m putting out a concert film of this show!” Rodrigo wrote, in a letter to fans. “I hope that everyone who came can watch and relive some fun memories and that those who didn’t get tickets can watch the concert from the best seat in the house.”

The ‘GUTS World Tour’ is centred around Rodrigo’s second album, GUTS. Songs from the album included on the tour setlist include ‘get him back!’, ‘vampire’, and ‘pretty isn’t pretty’, two of which were released as singles before the official release of the album on September 8th 2023. This follows her smash hit debut album Sour, which broke the record for most streamed album in a week by a female artist on Spotify as well as countless others. Sour also had its own tour, which reached maximum attendance and had over 60,000 people across all shows.

This collaboration with Netflix marks the first of Rodrigo’s career but with her star power far from fading and records continuing to be broken, it is very likely it won’t be the last and there will be lots more to see from Olivia within the entertainment industry.

The special is directed by James Merryman and produced by Aleen Keshishian and Blink, Inc. in association with Lighthouse Management and Media and Interscope films. Produced by Merryman alongside Michelle An, Tom Colbourne and Zack Morgenroth, with John Janick and Steve Berman serving as executive producers and Sam Wrench as co-exective producer.
