New ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ Teaser & General Tickets On Sale
A brand new teaser for Avengers: Doomsday is here to commemorate tickets going on sale.
It hasn’t even been a month since Marvel Studios took the internet by storm with the release of its first official trailer for Avengers: Doomsday and now during the Disney Entertainment Showcase at D23, a new teaser has dropped for the film, alongside global tickets going on sale. The teaser opens with Victor Von Doom (Robert Downey Jr.) sitting upon a throne with Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby) narrating, explaining that at one point, Victor was a kind hearted man. It’s revealed that she is talking to a group of heroes including Magneto (Sir Ian McKellan) and Gambit (Channing Tatum). We get various shots of a destroyed city and a fight between Thor and Doom in the garden of the X-Mansion. Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal) interrogates Doom for answers passionately. The teaser ends with Doom launching Thor (Chris Hemsworth) across the garden.
Alongside the teaser, a brand new poster was also released this morning to kick off general admission tickets going on sale globally. You can view it below:
What Is Avengers: Doomsday About?
Avengers: Doomsday is part one to the conclusion of the Multiverse Saga, in this film heroes from across the Marvel Cinematic Universe must team up to face off against an all new foe, Doctor Doom (Robert Downey Junior) and save their reality. Read the official synopsis below:
“In Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday, beloved heroes from three distinct universes will be set on a deadly collision course and face an existential threat unlike anything they’ve ever encountered.”
Avengers: Doomsday is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. The film stars Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom, Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier, and many more. The film hits theatres on December 18th, 2026.
