‘Marvel’s Wolverine’ Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition Rewards Revealed
Here’s what you need to know about the Pre-Order and Deluxe Edition Rewards for Marvel’s Wolverine.
On June 2nd, 2026, Sony held its latest State Of Play presentation featuring over 25 games from first party and third party studios. Among those announcements, fans saw extended gameplay from Insomniac Games’ upcoming title, Marvel’s Wolverine. The whopping 7 minutes of gameplay opens with various action shots from the game, we then transition into the middle of a mission. Logan (Liam McIntyre) discovers a torn piece of fabric with red hair, he then begins to track the mysterious redhead in an abandoned compound populated with Reavers. We see a mixture of hand-to-hand and stealth combat as Logan reaches a truck transporting a group of mutants including Leech. As Wolverine leaps into battle he’s assisted by the mutant telepath, Jean Grey (Krizia Bajos).
The Reavers manage to escape and we cut to a motorcycle chase sequence which involves Logan facing off against a number of Reavers on top of the transport truck. The sequence appears to end with Wolverine successfully saving the mutants but more Reavers appear and he’s back in action. The gameplay closes with some more action shots showcasing a number of characters including Omega Red, Mystique, Sentinels, Hand Ninjas and Sabretooth.
Following the debut of that trailer, pre-orders went live for Marvel’s Wolverine and today we’ll take a look at what’s included in both the pre-order bonuses and digital deluxe edition rewards.
What Are The Marvel’s Wolverine Pre-Order Rewards?

Starting with the pre-order bonuses, players can unlock the Classic Brown Suit (with matching Claws), Four PlayStation Avatars and a technique point. See a breakdown of each reward below:
Classic Brown Suit (Early Unlock) – This Wolverine outfit made its comic debut in UNCANNY X-MEN (1963) #139 by Chris Claremont and John Byrne. The suit was also featured in 2023’s Deadpool & Wolverine as Logan (Hugh Jackman) is ready to face off against the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo). As it’s an Early Unlock, this means that players will be able to unlock the suit through gameplay.
Reflective Claws (Early Unlock) – This pairs with the Classic Brown Suit mentioned above, by introducing the claws as its own thing, this implies that suits and claws will be interchangeable in-game.As it’s an Early Unlock, this means that players will be able to unlock the claws through gameplay.
PlayStation Avatars – Pre-ordering Marvel’s Wolverine will give you exclusive access to four PlayStation Avatars featuring Mystique, Wolverine, Jean Grey and Sabretooth. These can be used on your PlayStation Profile and seemingly cannot be obtained once pre-orders end.
Technique Point – These will be used to upgrade and unlock new abilities for Wolverine that will help players as they progress through the game. These can also be earned in-game by leveling up your character.
What Are The Marvel’s Wolverine Deluxe Edition Rewards?

The Digital Deluxe Edition takes things a step further by giving players five exclusive suits (with claws) and three technique points which can be used to unlock new skills in the game. See a breakdown below:
Assorted Suits – The Deluxe Edition features five suits for Wolverine. Going from left to right, the first appears to be inspired by his look in New X-Men #114 and is likely called the New Leather Suit. Next up appears to be a sort of stealth suit taking inspiration from Logan’s time on the New Fantastic Four in Fantastic Four (Vol. 6) #22, this could be the Night Hunt Suit. In the middle is the Original Yellow and Blue suit worn in Incredible Hulk #180 and as such is most likely called the Incredible Suit. It’s hard to say what the fourth suit is based on however, it closely resembles Alex Ross’ take on the suit from X-Men: Millennial Visions #2. The final suit is inspired by the one worn in X-Men Alpha #1 (December 1994) and made its live action debut in Deadpool & Wolverine. This is the Age Of Apocalypse Suit.
Assorted Claws – also included are a number of different claws such as Smooth-Edged Claws, Hollow Blade Claws, Thick Claws, Serrated Spine Claws and Tapered Claws. At this time it’s unclear which claws go with which suit by default.
Technique Points – These will be used to upgrade and unlock new abilities for Wolverine that will help players as they progress through the game. These can also be earned in-game by leveling up your character.
The items above can be unlocked by purchasing the Marvel’s Wolverine Digital Deluxe Edition ($79.99) or the Digital Deluxe Upgrade ($10.00) if you’ve already bought the Standard Edition either physically or digitally. There’s no time limit to unlocking these rewards so players can still obtain these items post launch. However, if you purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition, Standard Edition or Digital Deluxe Upgrade of Marvel’s Wolverine before September 15th, 2026 you’ll unlock the pre-order rewards which we discussed earlier.
