Following success with 2021’s Venom: Let There Be Carnage which pitted Tom Hardy’s gooey hero against a serial killer Woody Harrelson and subsequently led into Spider-Man: No Way Home, the franchise is back for Venom: The Last Dance.
Sony Pictures have released the trailer for their fifth Spider-Man Universe film Venom: The Last Dance. The trailer, released on Monday, June 3, showcases many things and you can see it for yourself, linked below.
It gives us our first look at Juno Temple, Clark Backo, Rhys Ifans, Alanna Ubach, and Chiwetel Ejiofor. Tom Hardy returns as Eddie Brock and Stephen Graham as Patrick Mulligan. Peggy Lu also reprises her Venom and Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse role Mrs. Chen.
We were also granted a poster, which depicts Eddie facing left and Venom facing right with a sky background. In that sky background is a meteor shower raining down. You can view the poster below.
Venom: The Last Dance is written and directed by Kelly Marcel, with a story co-written by Tom Hardy. Hardy also stars as Eddie Brock and is supported by Juno Temple, Clark Backo, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rhys Ifans, Alanna Ubach, Peggy Lu and Stephen Graham. The film releases in theatres worldwide on October 25th, 2024 and is distributed by Sony Pictures.
