Deadpool and Wolverine go on more adventures and Dafne Keen returns as Laura / X-23 in the final trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine.
Releasing next week in theaters, Deadpool & Wolverine is about to unfold a new chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the film follows Deadpool getting arrested by the TVA and reuniting with a variant of Wolverine.
The two embark on multiversal adventures as they reunite with previous heroes from the Fox universe and face Emma Corrin’s Cassandra Nova.
The final trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine shows Wade Wilson explaining that everything he talks about is a joke, even though he cares for the people around him. He also mentions to Logan that he waited a long time for this team-up.
The trailer then starts playing a montage of Wolverine in all of the previous X-Men films as they reflect on how Wolverine was a hero in Wade’s world, but he isn’t one in the variant Logan’s world.
Moments later, the trailer shows Wolverine sitting at a campfire telling someone “Whoever you think I am, you got the wrong guy” as it reveals immediately after, that he was talking to Dafne Keen’s Laura / X-23 from Logan.
Lady Deadpool also shows up in the trailer with the Deadpool Corps right behind her in silhouette, as they all come from a multiversal portal. The trailer ends with Deadpool mimicking Spider-Man’s thwipping with his hands.
