Blumhouse will be giving us our annual dose of Artificial Intelligence horror with Afraid (stylized AfrAId). Starring John Cho and Katherine Waterston, the story will revolve around an AI smart home device named AIA (pronounced EYE-YA), which, in a similar beat to MEGAN, becomes increasingly attached to the host family.Â
