It’s been exactly four years since Spider-Man: No Way Home released in theatres, and audiences have been itching for more Spider-Man ever since. But now, Spider-Man: Brand New Day has officially wrapped filming marking a big milestone for fans counting down the days until they can see Spider-Man in cinemas again.

Production lasted 135 days, or four and a half months, beginning filming on August 3rd, 2025, and ending on December 16th, 2025. For comparison to other Spider-Man films, Spider-Man: No Way Home shot for around 150 days, Spider-Man: Far From Home shot for around 110 days, and Spider-Man: Homecoming shot for around 75 days.

The film will now enter a lengthy post-production period before being released in theatres on July 31st, 2026.

As you can see, Spider-Man: Brand New Day will have the shortest post-production period of any Marvel Studios co-produced Spider-Man film, with Spider-Man: Far From Home coming in second place.
