A new animated Iron Man series has been announced featuring the titular hero alongside Ironheart and Iron Hulk.
Today an Iron Man preschool series was announced. Titled Iron Man And His Awesome Friends, the series sees Tony Stark / Iron Man team up with Riri Williams / Ironheart and Amadeus Cho who will go by the hero name “Iron Hulk” in the series.
Per the synopsis:
To help them in their Super Hero endeavors, they each have their own Iron Suits that allow them to fly and give them each enhanced super-strength. In addition, Iron Man has a Nano-Shield; Ironheart has a Heartbeat Bubble forcefield to protect people, and Iron Hulk has his strong Iron Boom clap and Iron Hulk Stomp.
While fans are already familiar with the live-action Iron Man played by Robert Downey Jr, Ironheart made her live-action debut in 2022’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever where she was portrayed by Dominique Thorne. She makes her return in her solo Disney+ series, Ironheart, in 2025.
Amadeus Cho may soon make his live-action debut according to rumors. The rumor also suggests that Logan Kim (Ghostbusters: Afterlife) will portray the character. The existence of Amadeus Cho isn’t far-fetched as 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron saw the introduction of his mother Helen Cho.
In addition to Iron Man, Ironheart, and Iron Hulk, Vision has also been confirmed for the series. Described as a sort of caretaker, who resides in the Iron Quarters (IQ) . An original character, Gamma was also created for the series. Described as their furry pup who has her own Iron Pup suit and joins the team on their adventures.

The voice cast of the five characters mentioned above have been revealed as follows:
- Mason Blomberg as Tony Stark / Iron Man
- Kapri Ladd as Riri Williams / Ironheart
- Aidyn Ahn as Amadeus Cho / Iron Hulk
- David Kaye as Vision
- Fred Tatasciore as Gamma
We were given a first look at the main trio, it’s important to note that the series is seemingly not connected to the former Spidey And His Amazing Friends indicated by a younger Tony Stark appearing in this new series.
Iron Man And His Awesome Friends stars Mason Blomberg as Tony Stark / Iron Man, Kapri Ladd as Riri Williams / Ironheart, Aidyn Ahn as Amadeus Cho / Iron Hulk, David Kaye as Vision and Fred Tatasciore as Gamma. The series premieres on Disney Jr. and Disney+ in Summer 2025.
