On Tuesday, July 30th, we were introduced to our first set photos from The Fantastic Four: First Steps, which showcased some of the landmarks being constructed. The images (and later videos) were posted by UnboxProPHD. Using the map that was distributed at SDCC, we were able to speculate that the Excelsior Launchpad and the Yancy St. Neighborhood were among the landmarks being created. You can view the videos below:

The Fantastic Four: First Steps stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards as Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm / The Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm / The Human Torch, and Ebon-Moss Bachrach as Ben Grimm / The Thing. The film hits theatres on July 25th, 2025.

Tuesday, July 30th, also saw the release of new information regarding Agatha All Along from Empire Magazine, including new stills from the series.

A dark and dangerous quest is teased for Agatha (Kathryn Hahn), proposed by her assistant, “Teen” (Joe Locke), a witchcraft fanatic who suggests traveling the Witches Road as a means of getting Agatha’s powers back. The Witches Road requires a Coven, the formation of which will be a significant plot point for the duo in the series, as well as seeing a new side of Agatha, one that is not all about bravado and confidence, as seen in WandaVision.

The tone of the series was also discussed. While there will be dark magic, horror, and musical elements, the series will explore adventurous elements in the vein of 1985’s The Goonies.

Agatha All Along stars Kathryn Hahn as Agatha, Joe Locke as Teen, and Aubrey Plaza as Rio. The series premieres on Disney+ on September 18th, 2025.

On Wednesday, July 31st, The Cosmic Circus had their Cosmic Circle Podcast Ep. 61 titled “Discussing Marvel Studios Hall H Panel at SDCC 2024”. The following information was shared:

In The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Galactus will be the only one of his kind in the multiverse similar to America Chavez. Galactus eats not only planets but universes, too. The choice of setting The Fantastic Four in an alternate universe was made to show audiences what it’s like to see “a world die.” The film will include the origin of the team and a time jump where they disband.

In Spider-Man 4, the symbiote will still be a part of the plot despite what the Venom: The Last Dance trailer suggested. They reiterated that Kingpin will still be involved in the story, he will be after Spider-Man following the events of Daredevil: Born Again.

In Captain America: Brave New World, The Leader tries to start World War 3. The US tried to make a deal with Japan to evenly distribute the now discovered Adamantium. However, the US wants to keep all of the resources to themselves. The Leader hires The Serpent Society to steal Adamantium, thus creating conflict, which Sam and Joaquín have to stop.

In the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, Kang will not be involved. The ending of Loki Season 2 was the end of the character. Franklin Richards and the Future Foundation will be major parts of these films, and Avengers: Secret Wars will serve as a soft reboot for the franchise.

In Thunderbolts* Taskmaster will receive a new helmet that resembles Red Hood’s but has a skull on it. A team member will die in the film, likely a parental figure.

Wanda is absolutely dead. Should she return in the Avengers films, she will be a variant. Otherwise, she will appear in the soft reboot.

Monica ended up in the Deadpool & Wolverine universe, Earth-10005. Alex P later implied on Twitter that she ended up in that universe two years after the events of the film.

The Avengers vs. X-Men conflict will arise due to the characters wanting to prevent their universes from dying.

On Sunday, August 4th, DanielRPK reported that the MCU X-Men Film will feature Gambit and Kitty Pryde.

That’s all the rumors for this week. As usual, please take them with a grain of salt!
