Rock-rap band Linkin Park is back with another single, this time titled “Over Each Other”, ahead of the release of their revival album From Zero.
Having released two singles already, with a third today, Linkin Park is well and truly back and ready for the release of From Zero. The first single, “The Emptiness Machine”, turned out to be one of the band’s most controversial songs, largely due to the new singer involved in the band, Emily Armstrong, who is embattling allegations over her support of the Church of Scientology and her support of convicted rapist Danny Masterson.
“Heavy Is The Crown” didn’t generate as much controversy but still performed strong with fans of the band. “Over Each Other” is the latest single from the band and is 2 minutes and 50 seconds long. The song will be the fifth track on the album as detailed in the official tracklist provided by Linkin Park in September. It directly follows the last single in the album, “Heavy Is The Crown” which was the fourth track out of eleven. A music video for the song was released in conjunction with the audio-exclusive version. You can watch that below via YouTube.
The music video features a fatal car crash, with only one survivor – our lead singer Armstrong. Spliced throughout is a love story and it turns out that the car crash was caused by an argument between the two lovers.
“Over Each Other” is performed by Linkin Park and written by Linkin Park as well as Jon Green and Matias Mora. The song is produced by the band’s own Mike Shinoda and was released via Warner Records. From Zero is due out on November 15, 2024. The song is now streaming on all major music streaming platforms. You can listen to the song below via Spotify.
