Marketing for Fortnite Chapter Seven is ramping up, teasers have been popping up as recently as this morning with players reporting that the Battle Royale storm circle has been seen in the shape of the number seven. The first season of this new chapter is titled “Pacific Break” and the island appears to be taking inspiration from California, specifically Hollywood.

This evening the official Fortnite social pages posted a new teaser which appears to showcase the battle pass lineup for the upcoming season with the caption “The Island has a new problem. A big one.” Followed by a link to a new blog post providing details on the Zero Hour live event set to premiere this Saturday. Today we’ll discuss each character in the upcoming battle pass.

Starting things off, we’ll discuss the original characters which include a Surfer Lion, Two Agents and Two Civilians. One of those civilians is seen holding nunchucks which fans believe to be the Nunchucks of Lightning wielded by Ninjago character, Jay, the elemental master of lightning.

Moving on we see The Bride from Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill who was first revealed at a Chapter Seven press event at the Vista Theatre in LA and later shown to be part of the upcoming Zero Hour live event through an official teaser trailer released days after the press event. Yuki and Gogo Yubari will also be added to the game, players can earn Yuki Yubari for free by logging into the game between a certain time while players can earn Gogo Yubari by purchasing a ticket for the opening weekend of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair.

Next up is Marty McFly who appears in Robert Zemeckis’ Back To The Future. Marty is a high school student who accidentally ends up time traveling and altering history after his friend Emmet “Doc” Brown invents a DeLorean Time Machine. The DeLorean is also expected to be featured in the Zero Hour live event, per key art which was revealed last week.

Finally, the one front and center, a mysterious astronaut with a golden cube in his helmet. The Golden Cube described as a “Royal Cube” has been featured as early as Chapter Two, Season Seven during the “Operation: Sky Fire” event where it was briefly shown in the Mothership and later on the Fortnite island. The Golden Cube was shown to move across the map, awakening purple cubes to cause “Cube Reproduction”.

During “The End” live event which premiered in Chapter Two, Season Eight, The Cube Queen used the Golden Cube at the top of the pyramid to gather all the corruption cube energy to open a golden rift to The Last Reality. After the island was flipped, the whereabouts of the Golden Cube and the Cube Queen are unknown. Chapter Seven, Season One could finally reveal the fate of the Golden Cube through the Story and Gameplay trailers for the upcoming season which are likely to premiere after the Zero Hour live event happens on Saturday, November 29th at 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET.
