‘Black Panther 3’ Revealed: David Jonsson Cast As Next Black Panther

This evening at Marvel Studios’ Hall H panel, it was revealed that Sinners director Ryan Coogler will return to the Black Panther franchise for Black Panther 3.
During the panel, it was also revealed that Alien: Romulus and The Long Walk star, David Jonsson, would star in the film as an aged up version of T’Challa’s son. Jonsson was joined on stage by Shuri actress Letitia Wright, who will costar in the film alongside him.
The film was given a release date of December 15th, 2028. Director Ryan Coogler will also be shooting the epic trilogy capper on premium format film instead of digital cameras. Alongside the announcement, an official logo was also revealed, you can view it below:
Black Panther 3 will be directed by Ryan Coogler and will star David Jonsson and Letitia Wright. In theaters on December 15th, 2028.
