Agatha All Along was first announced back on November 12th, 2021, during Disney+ Day under the original title, Agatha: House of Harkness. The series would then undergo various name changes including: Agatha: Coven of Chaos, Agatha: Darkhold Diaries, and Agatha until the first tease was released on May 14th, 2024 during 2024’s Disney Upfront where the final title was revealed. The teaser trailer was released back on July, 8th 2024 followed by the official trailer on August 9th during the Disney Entertainment panel at D23.

The series will follow Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) as she ventures down the Witches Road in hopes of regaining her powers, stolen from her by The Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) during the events of WandaVision. The series is further detailed in the following synopsis:

The infamous Agatha Harkness finds herself down and out of power after a suspicious goth Teen helps break her free from a distorted spell. Her interest is piqued when he begs her to take him on the legendary Witches’ Road, a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they’re missing. Together, Agatha and this mysterious Teen pull together a desperate coven, and set off down, down, down The Road…

When Does Agatha All Along Release?

Agatha All Along premieres on September 18th with two episodes. The following seven episodes will premiere weekly on Wednesdays with the season finale releasing on November 6th. See the full schedule below:

What Are The Agatha All Along Episode Lengths?

At the time of writing, the episode lengths for the first four episodes have been revealed by Scarlet Witch Updates on Twitter / X. Episode one is 39 minutes and 49 seconds long, episode two is 41 minutes and 25 seconds long, episode three is 37 minutes and 2 seconds long, and episode four is 40 minutes and 52 seconds long. This means the combined episode lengths for the first four episodes of Agatha All Along is 2 hours and 39 minutes or 159 minutes.
