‘Hytale’ Launcher Now Available For Download
Hypixel Studios announced a stress test where players can now download the Hytale Game Launcher ahead of the Early Access Launch this week.
It’s been an exciting eight weeks since Hytale was reacquired from Riot Games and development ramped up, over the weeks we’ve seen everything from Gameplay to New Items, Mod Capabilities, Minigames and so much more. With only hours away until the Early Access launch on Tuesday, January 13th, Simon has taken to Twitter / X to officially announce a stress test where players can download and log into the Hytale Launcher. As Simon states, this is done to help make launch day easier as players will be ready ahead of time for launch. Today we’ll discuss how to download the launcher.
How To Download The Hytale Game Launcher
After creating an account on the Hytale website, players can download the Hytale Game Launcher. See a list of steps below:
- Head to the official Hytale Website.
- Select “Login” at the top right of the screen and enter your details.
- Enter your Verification Code which you can find in an email sent to your address (this is a new feature 2-Factor Authentication Method added)
- In the Account Page, select the “Download Launcher” option on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Select “Download”, run the Hytale Launcher installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once you open the launcher select “Sign In”, you’ll be sent back to the Hytale website where you re-enter your password.
- Wait until you reach the “Authentication Successful” Page and return to the launcher.
And that’s how you install the Hytale Launcher. Tech Director Slikey has also mentioned that players who already have the launcher downloaded will just need to install a 1.5 GB patch on Early Access Launch Day (January 13th, 2026 at 7:00 AM PT / 10:00 AM ET).
Hytale is developed by Hypixel Studios, the game is set to launch in Early Access for PC on January 13th, 2026 at 7:00 AM PT / 10:00 AM ET. Pre-Orders are available now on the official website.
