‘Peacemaker’ Season 2, Episode 7 Ending Explained
With the truth of Earth-2 revealed, the 11th Street Kids make their their escape in the seventh episode of the hit DC series.
We’re now in our seventh week of Peacemaker Season 2. This episode saw the 11th Street Kids and Chris learn the truth of this so-called “perfect world”, with some help from unlikely allies along the way they managed to escape. Meanwhile, ARGUS managed to locate the portal and immediately took action.
The second season of Peacemaker follows the 11th Street Kids (John Cena, Jennifer Holland, Steve Agee, Danielle Brooks, Freddie Stroma) navigating life after saving the world from Project Butterfly, with their newfound sense of heroics they hope to help the world any way they can. Christopher Smith in particular hopes to join a team of heroes but is quickly rejected, down on his luck he hits the jackpot when he comes across a parallel dimension of his dreams.

After finding out the truth of Earth-2, the 11th Street Kids and Judomaster (Nhut Le) managed to escape this dimension and bring Chris (John Cena) home but not without some casualties. Despite Emilia (Jennifer Holland) delivering a final blow, Keith Smith (David Denman) appears to have survived and is currently getting treatment, after learning about the death of his brother and witnessing the murder of his father he’s sure to serve as one of the antagonists in the finale episode.
Meanwhile back on Earth-1, the 11th Street Kids return home with ARGUS waiting right outside Vigilante’s home after tracking the portal with some help from Sydney Happersen (Stephen Blackehart). As the 11th Street Kids and ARGUS meet face to face, Judomaster once again joins their side. Chris offers up his Quantum Unfolding Chamber device and himself indicating that his friends convinced him to turn himself in. ARGUS takes him away before the episode ends.
Peacemaker Season 2 is created by James Gunn and stars John Cena as Christoper Smith / Peacemaker, Freddie Stroma as Adrian Chase / Vigilante, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr and more. The first seven episodes are now streaming on HBO Max, and the eight episode premieres on October 9th at 6:00 PM PT / 9:00 PM ET.
