‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ Release To Feature Three New Trailers
The Fantastic Four: First Steps will feature three new trailers from Disney’s premiere franchises when the film releases.
Feature First can exclusively reveal that Disney will be releasing three new trailers for three upcoming tentpoles in conjunction with the theatrical release of Matt Shakman’s The Fantastic Four: First Steps. Whilst rumours are circulating that the first teaser for Avatar: Fire and Ash will debut in front of the film, we can confirm that, in addition to this, new trailers for TRON: Ares and Predator: Badlands are also set to be attached to the upcoming Marvel Studios film.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps is set to be one of the biggest films of the Summer, releasing as part of a huge July line-up alongside the likes of Jurassic World: Rebirth and James Gunn’s Superman, both of which are breaking box office records for the year. With The Fantastic Four: First Steps ready to follow in their footsteps, it is clear why the folks at Disney are ready to release new footage for their tentpole films, to maximise audience reach.
We can expect these trailers to be posted online around the release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps, to further reach audiences through the online space. Predator: Badlands dropped its teaser trailer back in April and with the film ready to attend San Diego Comic Con this year, dropping the trailer with The Fantastic Four: First Steps would allow the trailer to also be revealed at SDCC, given the two happen in the same week.
Badlands follows an alliance formed between a young Predator and Elle Fanning’s android Thia. The film sees the return of director Dan Trachtenberg, who directed previous instalments Prey and Predator: Killer of Killers for Hulu. Predator: Badlands releases in theatres on November 7, 2025.
The trailer for TRON: Ares also dropped back in April, and featured worlds colliding as looks at Jared Leto, Evan Peters and Greta Lee were showcased. That film will be directed by Joachim Rønning and is due to release in theatres on October 10, 2025.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm. Natasha Lyonne, Ralph Ineson, and Julia Garner play supporting roles. The film is due out in theatres on July 24, 2025. All three trailers will be released in conjunction with the movie.
