‘Severance’ Season 2 Trailer Showcases Adam Scott Channeling His Inner Tom Cruise
Almost 3 years after Severance sparked a wildfire that is continuing to spread at an exponential rate, it’s finally back and Alive with a new trailer for Season 2.
The new trailer seems to pick up right after that pulse-pounding final yell of the Season 1 finale, the song “Eminence Front” perfectly setting the tone of the trailer. Mark seems to be running out of time, season one left us with more questions than answers and Mark is running throughout the trailer in search of them.
The New ‘Severance’ Trailer
In between Mark’s running, we can see several impactful shots, most notably that of Dylan with a döppelganger, probably a hallucination; Irving’s melonhead registers quickly in the memory, so eerie, is it retirement time for the poor gazoony fella?! At the end of his run Mark is greeted by who else than our coveted Milchick and some unexpected strangers.
The trailer doesn’t give much away yet it still leaves us pondering in excitement.
The camera work looks solid, and the visual look of the show just grabs you into itself. However, keeping in mind the creative difference prolonging the already long production of the show, I hope everything at the end works out for the best. As is the case with most shows, Season 2 can either make or break it but nonetheless the hype and hope are still at a high.
Everybody who has experienced the show knows the painful 3 years it has been after that criminal cliffhanger, now that the show is finally around the corner, I would request everyone to please enjoy every moment of the trailer equally.
