‘Pluribus’ Episode Lengths, Titles, and Descriptions

Pluribus is the latest series from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul creator Vince Gilligan.

The much-anticipated Pluribus is finally here—here are the episode lengths, titles, and descriptions for the series.

Pluribus is the latest series from arguably the most prolific creator and showrunner in the business, Vince Gilligan. Details are still scarce, but we do know it’s a sci-fi series set in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

It stars Rhea Seehorn, who is coming off playing Kim Wexler Gilligan’s Better Call Saul. We know her character is meant to be heroic, or at the very least a stark departure from previous Gilligan leads Walter White and Jimmy McGill. Gilligan made it an emphasis to say he wanted to see more good people on screen which Carol (Rhea Seehorn) is meant to represent in Pluribus.

For those who may not know, Vince Gilligan got his big breakthrough with writing on X-Files, he was even a co-showrunner for a spinoff series called The Lone Gunmen. That sci-fi background is seemingly coming into play here.

Apple TV has made an emphasis to make a lot of sci-fi shows, so this fits in like a glove with their programming. This show will start to air on November 7th on Apple TV.

Here is the logline for the series:

A genre-bending original in which the most miserable person on Earth must save the world from happiness

Pluribus is one of the rare shows to receive a 2-season order from the get-go meaning that Vince Gilligan could develop 2 seasons at the same time, so we will almost surely get season 2 relatively quick so there won’t be too big of a gap. While unconfirmed, it’s believed that Pluribus season 2 has already been filmed.

As with all Apple TV shows, episodes drop 6 hours before the official premiere date, so the show releases on November 6th at 9 PM EST / 6 PM PST on Apple TV. The first two episodes will premiere on that day, and subsequent episodes will be released at the same time every Thursday until the finale on December 25th at 9 PM EST / 6 PM PST. An exception is Episode 5 which will release on Tuesday, November 26th, instead of November 28th because of Thanksgiving.
