‘Peacemaker’ Season 2, Episode 6 Teaser: Get Him Back

Peacemaker has concluded its fifth episode of season two, the episode ended with Chris making the ultimate decision after being rejected by Emilia Harcourt (Jennifer Holland). Chris has decided to leave his universe behind forever in favor of the parallel Earth with an unexpected guest in the form of Judomaster (Nhut Le). Meanwhile, Emilia, Leota (Danielle Brooks), John (Steve Agee) and Adrian (Freddie Stroma) are determined to bring Chris back.

After the post credit scene, we got our first teaser for the sixth episode of the season which you can view below:

What Happens In The ‘Peacemaker’ Season 2, Episode 6 Teaser?

The Episode 6 promo, which lasts for about 40 seconds, opens with Leota (Danielle Brooks) trying to activate the Quantum Unfolding Chamber device, she says “Everybody move back a little” because as we saw when it was last activated a wide radius was sucked in. John says “We are insane” and we cut to a garage area with the items inside being sucked into the portal.  John asks “Is this what it’s supposed to do” as the room goes dark, the shockwave is then emitted. John continues, “Fuck, Adrian! Why can’t you flush your drugs down the toilet like a normal person?” We see Adrian fully suited up as Vigilante at this point. “On the next Peacemaker” pops up on screen, The 11th Street Kids are in the Quantum Unfolding Chamber, and Emilia has just entered the passcode to the parallel Earth’s library.

Leota asks “How the heck are we supposed to find him and they walk into the library. Emilia says “There’s no way Chris should be here. Like, maybe just trust in the wisdom of the universe just a little bit.” At this point Emilia sees the picture of parallel Earth’s Chris and Emilia. We cut to a scene of Chris and Emilia in bed, Rick Flag Sr. narrates that they “need to find Peacemaker. I don’t think you understand how important this is to the United States. To the world.” During that voiceover we see a shot of Chris on his Peacecycle and we learn that Rick was talking to Langston Fleury.

Our Emilia enters ARGUS in the parallel Earth, the security dog barks at her and the guard asks her to come with him. We see Keith (in regular clothing) standing in the ARGUS lobby while Chris (in his Peacemaker suit) is now entering the building. He asks “Why are you all here” to which Emilia responds “We’re all here Chris, to get you to come back,” Chris looks shocked . Finally, the Peacemaker logo appears, informing that new episodes drop every Thursday at 9:00 PM ET.

Peacemaker Season 2 is created by James Gunn and stars John Cena as Christopher Smith / Peacemaker, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcourt and more. The first five episodes are now streaming on HBO Max, the sixth episode premieres on September 25th at 6:00 PM PT / 9:00 PM ET.
