‘Peacemaker’ Season 2, Episode 4 Teaser: Judomaster vs Smith Round 2

Peacemaker has concluded its third episode of season two, the episode ended with Sasha Bordeaux (Sol Rodríguez), Langston Fleury (Tim Meadows), Judomaster (Nhut Le) and newcomer Red St. Wild (Michael Rooker) alongside other ARGUS agents attempt to uncover Chris’ (John Cena) dimension portal yet again meanwhile Chris has just returned from the alternate dimension unknowing of what troubles he’s about to face.

After the post-credit scene, we got our first teaser for the fourth episode of the season, which you can view below:

What Happens In The ‘Peacemaker’ Season 2, Episode 4 Teaser?

The Episode 4 promo, which lasts for about 30 seconds, opens with a group of ARGUS agents marching towards Peacemaker’s home. John Economos is standing by as one of the agents bursts down Chris’ door. Chris shouts, “Eagly, we gotta go!” The two are then seen running out the back door. “On the next Peacemaker” pops up on screen, we see Eagly flying above a forest, Red St. Wild with an eagle symbol on his forehead says “I got you.”

In that same forest, we see Judomaster; he leaps from a tree to attack Chris. He says, “What the hell, bro?!” to which Judomaster responds, “You screwed the world once. I won’t let you do it again.” Referencing the events of season one with Project Butterfly. Chris punches Judomaster, and we cut to a cabin. Rick Flag Sr, speaking to Emilia Harcourt, says, “I’m thinking there may be a way for you to get back in the good graces of ARGUS.” Without a second thought, she responds, “Anything.”

In Chris’ bedroom, we see John standing in front of the Quantum Unfolding Chamber. He uses a device to automatically enter the code. Back in the Cabin, Leota Adebayo tells Chris, “You can’t be thinking about going back in there.” We see Chris seemingly activate a second portal. He responds, “I have to.” Finally, the Peacemaker logo appears, informing that new episodes drop every Thursday at 9:00 PM ET.

Peacemaker Season 2 is created by James Gunn and stars John Cena as Christopher Smith / Peacemaker, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr, Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcourt and more. The first three episodes are now streaming on HBO Max, and the fourth episode premieres on September 11th at 6:00 PM PT / 9:00 PM ET.
