In under one hour Marvel Studios will take the stage at SDCC 2024 Hall H to talk about their upcoming films and shows.
Kevin Feige is expected to take the stage to talk about the upcoming Marvel Studios slate for phase 5 and 6 which includes the films Captain America: Brave New World, Thunderbolts, The Fantastic Four, and Avengers: Secret Wars.
Additionally, Marvel is expected to announce the new plan for the next Avengers film following the firing of Jonathan Majors. The film was previously titled Avengers: The Kang Dynasty however the film has now dropped that subtitle.
Like previous Marvel Hall H panels, the event is expected to feature the cast of the upcoming films as well as the unveiling of exclusive footage to SDCC attendees. Captain America: Brave New World
First up at the event is Captain America: Brave New World which will debut in theatres next year on February 14th. Kevin Feige says the film is a return to the grounded aspects of Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Tim Blake Nelson, and Giancarlo Esposito are at Hall H to talk about the film. Esposito has revealed details about his character Sidewinder who is the leader of the Serpent Society.
An exclusive clip from the film was shown which confirms that the celestial Tiamut from Eternals will return and that it’ll be the MCU’s source of Adamantium.
Harrison Ford makes a surprise appearance at the panel.
Ford tells the Hall H panel that he is proud to join the MCU as Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross.
Thunderbolts
The cast of Thunderbolts is on stage to talk about the film which will debut in theatres May 2nd next year.
David Harbour appears in full Red Guardian costume to introduce the film.
Florence Pugh says that the joy of watching the characters in Thunderbolts together is that they don’t play well together. Additionally, Sebastian Stan calls Florence Pugh the stand-out in the film.
The attendees at SDCC were treated to exclusive footage which showcases Yelena and Alexei reuniting.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps
Director Matt Shakman is on stage to talk about the film which he says will be “true to the comics.”

Avengers: Doomsday & Avengers: Secret Wars
Kevin Feige confirmed that the cast of Captain America: Brave New World, Thunderbolts and The Fantastic Four: The First Steps will all appear in the upcoming Avengers films which will be directed by the Russo Brothers.
