‘Marvel Rivals’ Accessory System Explained
Here’s everything you need to know about accessories including how to earn points, the cost of each accessory and which heroes are compatible.
While a number of first-person / third-person games opt for Weapon Charms, in Marvel Rivals Season 3, character accessories are available for a select number of heroes. Accessories function the same as charms, but instead of being displayed on weapons, they are a part of the hero’s outfit. Today we’ll be discussing how to earn accessory points, how much each accessory costs and which heroes debut with this new cosmetic.
Starting things off, accessories can be purchased via the in-game store under the new “Accessories” tab. Players can earn up to 700 Accessory points a week (resets every Friday at 1:00 AM PT / 4:00 AM ET) by playing either Quick Matches or Competitive matches. The first 200 points have an increased rate of 100% and the amount of accessory points you own can be carried over between seasons. At launch, there are a total of eight accessories for eight specific heroes, see a breakdown of the accessories, pricing and compatible heroes below.

Deadpool Plush | 1350 Accessory Points | Jeff The Land Shark |
Orochi Plush | 1350 Accessory Points | Psylocke |

In addition to being displayed on your character, these accessories also come with a special animation that triggers during enemy eliminations or assists. The animation can be seen on the right-hand side of the screen.

Marvel Rivals is developed by NetEase and is available for free on PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. Jean Grey / Phoenix and the Klyntar: Accessories are available for a select number of heroes starting July 11th.
