‘Fortnite’ X ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ Wave 2 Revealed

Earlier this week, the official Fortnite social media accounts dropped a mysterious teaser which simply said “영원히 깨질 수 없는”. Many realised that this was a lyric from HUNTR/X’s (헌터엑스) – “Golden” from the film KPop Demon Hunter, the line translating to “Unbreakable Forever” indicating that more content from the film is on its way.

KPop Demon Hunters follows Zoey, Mira and Rumi members of the K-Pop group, HUNTR/X who also happen to be a secret team tasked with defending the surface world from the demon lord Gwi-Ma and his minions. Through the power of song and their fans, the hunters are able to form a protective barrier known as the Honmoon that helps to separate these two worlds. With the Honmoon near completion, the demons devise one last plan to destroy it and take over the surface world.

A few days later, the Fortnite social pages released a promotional video for a new line of KPop Demon Hunters cosmetics coming to Fortnite featuring “Golden” Styles for the members of HUNTR/X and Jinu from their rival group, the Saja Boys. You can view the teaser below:

The 27 Second teaser opens with HUNTR/X’s (헌터엑스) – “How It’s Done”, we see some of the Fortnite Original Demons: Nemia, Desdemona and Tormet gearing up for a fight against HUNTR/X. Mira, Zoey and Rumi (wearing their outfits from the “Golden” performance) are seen charging towards them before we cut to the bottom half of a character. Both the Demons and HUNTR/X stop to stare at this person, we then find out its Jinu of the Saja Boys. The Demons are instantly in awe Popcorn starts emerging from their eyes, a reference to the film where Zoey has Popcorn emerging from her eyes while the Saja Boys perform their song, “Soda Pop” to a large audience. We cut back to Jinu who changes to his demon style, the all black attire featuring his scars. The Demons are once again in awe while HUNTR/X acts confused.

From this teaser, we can see that Wave 2 of the KPop Demon Hunters collaboration will feature Outfits for Mira, Zoey and Rumi based off their Music Video “Golden”, Jinu will have a Casual / Human Style followed by the Demon Edit Style and there will be one Emote. At the start of the teaser, Rumi was seen running with the Rumi’s Empowered Sword Mythic Item which could indicate that we’ll see the items return soon. From the caption found in the tweet, Fortnite x KPop Demon HuntersWave 2 will be available in the Item Shop on Friday February 6th, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET. Earn Jinu For Free In The KPop Demon Hunters Cup

Shortly after the reveal, a KPop Demon Hunters Cup was announced for February 6th where the top players of each region have the chance of earning the Jinu Outfit for free. The Official Rules page also revealed some more of the cosmetics we can expect including a “Sussie” Back Bling which the top players of each region will receive alongside Jinu. There are also a number of rewards you can earn by reaching certain Point Milestones. Earning 8 Points grants you the “HUNTR/X” Emoticon, 40 Points grants you the “Saja Boys” Emoticon and 80 Points grants you the “Pink Tiger” Wrap.

Fortnite is developed by Epic Games and is available for free on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and Mobile Devices. Fortnite X KPop Demon Hunters Wave 2 will be available in the Item Shop on Friday February 6th, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET.
