‘Fortnite’ First Look At OG Season 7 Revealed
The next season of Fortnite OG brings a new pass filled with fan favorite characters, new weapons and the return of the infamous Infinity Blade.
Later this week, Fortnite OG returns for its seventh season featuring the return of an icy corner of the map. Since the launch of Chapter Seven, Season One on November 29th and following the destruction of the Battle Bus the gamemode had been disabled but its set to make its return at the launch of the new season on December 11th, 2025 (LEGO Fortnite will also debut a Ninjago-themed season that same day).
Today the official Fortnite pages have revealed a recap image of what players can expect in this OG season including new weapons, locations and the return of the Infinity Blade. We’ll discuss everything down below.
Starting off with the upcoming OG Pass, players will be able to earn remixed versions of Onesie, Sergeant Winter and Lynx who all originated in the Chapter 1, Season 7 Battle Pass. We’ve previously seen the Remixed Lynx in the Key Art for the “Zero Hour” live event and she’s seemingly working with Chapter Seven, Season One’s Dark Voyager (Reality Redacted), keeping tabs on the Golden Coast Island as seen in the “Dark Innovations” Loading Screen.
Next up are the new weapons and items. At launch players can find the Suppressed Sniper Rifle, Scoped Revolver, Dual Pistols, Scoped AR, Balloons, Stink Bombs, Boom Box and Glider Redeploy throughout the map. The X-4 Stormwing, the 5-player vehicle, can also be found at various locations on the map.
The Infinity Blade is also set to return later on in the season. The weapon, inspired by a weapon found in the Infinity Blade mobile game, is Fortnite’s first Mythic Weapon. When the weapon was first introduced, The Infinity Blade takes up a player’s entire inventory granting them a whopping 200 HP and 200 Shield. The Blade can deal 75 Damage and also grants players with 1 HP/Second Regeneration and heals 50 HP per elimination. The weapon was quickly vaulted three days after its arrival seemingly due to it being considered overpowered.
Speaking of locations, this new season sees the return of the snow biome on the Chapter One island which includes POIs such as Polar Peak (where the Infinity Blade can be found), Happy Hamlet and Frosty Flights.
Last but not least, Players can unlock a new Umbrella Glider inspired by Chapter One, Season Seven after gaining a Victory Royale. Due to the sudden shutdown of Fortnite OG Season 6, Epic Games has announced that any player who played the mode as of October 2nd, 2025 will be granted the OG Season 6 Umbrella Glider if they haven’t earned it already.

Fortnite is developed by Epic Games and is available for free on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and Mobile Devices. Fortnite OG Season 7 launches on December 11th, 2025.
