First ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Trailer: The Devil Is Back!
With the ‘Daredevil’ revival, ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ making its way onto Disney+ this March, a first trailer has been released.
Development on the Daredevil revival first began in March 2022. During 2022’s San Diego Comic-Con where Marvel was in attendance, Kevin Feige officially announced Daredevil: Born Again with Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio set to reprise their roles as Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk respectively. Feige also noted that the first season will include 18 episodes, 5 more than the usual 13 shown in the original series. After a long wait, the trailer is here at last.
Filming began for the series in March 2023 but was paused in June of the same year due to the ongoing strike. September 2023 saw the decision from Marvel to do an overhaul on the series which saw the episode count drop to 9 episodes however, it would now be more connected to the original series. Filming resumed in January 2024 and lasted until April. At D23 in August 2024, a second season for the series was confirmed. During the Marvel Fanfare With C.B. Cebulski panel at New York Comic-Con, it was revealed that the series will premiere on Disney+ on March 4th 2024.
Fans previously saw exclusive footage from the upcoming series in this year’s San Diego Comic Con, D23, and New York Comic Con. Snippets from the upcoming series were also shown to the public in the Marvel Studios | Look Ahead | Disney+ promo video which showcased Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk seemingly teaming up to take on threats old and new in the form of Bullseye and Muse. Frank Castle / The Punisher was also shown to return alongside another new hero, The White Tiger, who was briefly shown at the start. What Happens In The Daredevil: Born Again Trailer?
The trailer opens with Wilson Fisk and Matt Murdock chatting in a diner, the two talk about how each of them have moved up in the world, with the reveal that Fisk is running for Mayor of NYC. This conversation lasts the duration of the trailer, with action scenes intercut between. The trio of Nelson, Murdock & Page are shown laughing together in the street, while White Tiger suits up. Frank Castle makes a quick appearance and the trailer ends with Daredevil intensely fighting Muse, the Banksy-esque serial killer.

In Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), a blind lawyer with heightened abilities is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavors in New York. When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.
Daredevil: Born Again stars Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock / Daredevil, Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk / Kingpin, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle / Punisher, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin Poindexter / Bullseye, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, and more. The series premieres on Disney+ on March 4th, 2025.
