‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 2 At CCXP 2025 (Recap)

To quickly recap the first season, Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) because the Mayor of New York and throughout the series he worked to assemble an Anti-Vigilante Task Force (AVTF) and made efforts towards a “Red Hood Port Revitalisation Project” which would later be revealed as a prison to house the vigilantes including the likes of Jacques Duquesne / Swordsman (Tony Dalton) and The Punisher (Jon Bernthal) though the latter managed to escape by the end of the finale. Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) on the other hand is now looking to form a team to bring down the AVTF and Fisk himself.

The second season of Daredevil: Born Again was announced by Kevin Feige in August 2024 following the creative overhaul, the season is planned for a March 2026 release. A third season is also in the works set for a year later in March 2027, the series is set to be an annual release.

Today, during the Disney+ panel at CCXP, attendees just witnessed footage from the upcoming second season of Daredevil Born Again which we’ll discuss below.

Krysten Ritter appears in the exclusive scenes we saw around here at Thunder. She appears in a dimly lit hallway, seemingly helping Daredevil when he’s in trouble. The rest of the teaser is filled with scenes that range from dark to idyllic (especially those in which Matt and Karen appear together in the hero’s apartment). A lot of drama is coming our way!

Daredevil: Born Again stars Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock / Daredevil, Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk / Kingpin, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, and Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle / Punisher. The second season premieres on Disney+ in March 2026.
