‘Fortnite’ x ‘The Simpsons’ Shorts Coming To Disney+
The new season of Fortnite also brings new shorts both in-game and onto the streaming service.
The Simpsons season is finally upon us, players can now land on the all new, cell-shaded Springfield Island against 79 other players featuring an array of new weapons and items. Players can also land on the island as some of their favorite Simpsons characters, such as Marge, Ned or Homer with the new Battle Pass which is available until November 29th, 2025. The Fortnite x The Simpsons collab also brings along some shorts on Disney+.
The Simpsons is created by Matt Groening, the series follows the titular family which consists of Homer, Marge and their children Bart, Lisa, and Maggie in the town of Springfield. The series is a satirical depiction of American life.
Alongside the Simpsons themed island a series of shorts set on Springfield Island will premiere every Monday in-game via a new “Animated Shorts” section in the quest tab and on the streaming service Disney+, which users can find by searching for “The Simpsons” or heading to The Simpsons Collection. These shorts will highlight some of the new gameplay features that arrive on the island. The first episode “Apocalypse D’Oh” is now available on the platforms mentioned above and the Fortnite YouTube channel, you can view the short below:
Fortnite x The Simpsons Shorts Episode Titles & Release Dates
There will be four shorts in total, as mentioned previously, the first short, “Apocalypse D’Oh” is now streaming. New shorts premiere in-game and on Disney+ every Monday until November 24th, see the episode titles, release dates and runtime below:

While the runtimes of the remaining shorts are yet to be revealed, it’s likely that each one will be around five minutes long.
Fortnite is developed by Epic Games and is available for free on all gaming platforms. The Simpsons mini season begins on November 1st, 2025 at 5PM EDT. New episodes of the Fortnite x Simpsons shorts arrive every Monday until November 24th.
