‘Fortnite’ x ‘K-Pop Demon Hunters’ Demon Rush Quests And Rewards
The limited time game mode is now live, we’ll cover all the missions and rewards you can earn from this event.
The first phase of the 2025 Fortnitemares event has begun and with it brings the new limited time mode, Demon Rush. The mode sees the player team up with the members of HUNTR/X, Zoey, Mira and Rumi to face off against endless waves of demons. The mode also features a set of mythic items Rumi’s Empowered Sword, Zoey’s Golden Bubble Shield, Mira’s X-tra Spicy Ramyeon and the Derpy Teleporter Mask which can also be found in Battle Royale, Blitz Royale and Reload.
K-Pop Demon Hunters follows Zoey, Mira and Rumi members of the K-Pop group, HUNTR/X who also happen to be a secret team tasked with defending the surface world from the demon lord Gwi-Ma and his minions. Through the power of song and their fans, the hunters are able to form a protective barrier known as the Honmoon that helps to separate these two worlds. With the Honmoon near completion, the demons devise one last plan to destroy it and take over the surface world.
The new game mode also brings themed quests, K-Pop Demon Hunters quests and a Hunter Rank mechanic. We’ll discuss all of these features today, starting with the quests and rewards.
Demon Rush Quests And Rewards Explained
Starting off with Demon Rush, every week players will be given a new set of quests to complete in the limited time mode. In addition to three main rewards all inspired by the K-Pop Demon Hunters film, each quest also rewards the player with 15,000 XP which will come in handy for the second set of rewards which we’ll discuss afterwards. See each mission currently available below.

Completing four Demon Rush Quests rewards the player with the Derpy Banner Icon + 20,000 XP, completing an additional four levels (for a total of eight) Demon Rush Quests rewards the player with the “Playful Derpy” Emoticon + 20,000 XP and completing four more (for a total of twelve) Demon Rush Quests rewards the player with the “HUNTR/X” Spray + 20,000 XP.
We also have K-Pop Demon Hunter quests where players must earn up to eight account levels to earn two extra rewards. Earning four levels rewards the player with the “Special Ramyeon” Emoticon, earning an additional four levels (for a total of eight) rewards the players with the “HUNTR/X Unite” Loading Screen.
Please note, while the Demon Rush quests are available until November 2nd, you only have until October 9th (the full launch of Fortnitemares) to earn the eight account levels.
Demon Rush Hunter Rank Explained
As you play more Demon Rush and defeat demons you’ll be able to increase your Hunter Rank. Increasing this rank will give you stat boosts that’ll make each match a little easier and help to progress your quests even faster. You can level up to Hunter Rank Twenty and stat boosts include Additional Health & Shield, Damage Increase, Crit Damage, Crit Chance, Ammo Drip, Health Regen, Reload Speed, Starting Ammo and Starting Shards.
The Demon Rush mode is available from October 2nd to November 2nd, 2025
