James Cameron Reveals ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ Reactions: “Most Emotional” and “Best of the Three”
James Cameron revealed the reactions and feedback he received for ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ from select people.
With three-time Academy Award-winner Avatar grossing $2.93 billion and Academy Award-winner Avatar: The Way of Water grossing $2.32 billion, there’s no denying that the threequel will be the biggest blockbuster this year when it releases December 19. It’s safe to say a lot of people are anticipating Avatar: Fire and Ash and looking at the reactions for it it’s shaping up to be the most emotional entry yet.
The franchise won’t be stopping at Avatar: Fire and Ash as there is still Avatar 4 and Avatar 5 yet to be released in 2029 and 2031 respectively with a third of Avatar 4 already filmed.
James Cameron Shares Reactions Towards ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’

In a recent interview with New Zealand outlet Stuff, James Cameron shared that he had shown Avatar: Fire and Ash to a few selected people and that they had liked the film calling it the “most emotional” and the “best of the three films so far.”
I’ve shown it to a few selected people and the feedback has been it’s definitely the most emotional and maybe the best of the three so far. We’ll find out, you know, but I feel pretty good about it. And the work is exceptional from the actors. It’s pretty heart-wrenching in a good way.
Cameron also shared a small production update saying the upcoming film is in post-production and it’s in “very good shape.” Cameron also confirmed he plans to see the rest of production for Avatar 4 and 5 in New Zealand.
When Will The Avatar: Fire and Ash Teaser Release?

Currently it’s looking like the first teaser for the film might be screened exclusively at CinemaCon and then played exclusively in front of Thunderbolts* before an online release. This plan is similar to the release of the first teaser for Avatar: The Way of Water which was screened exclusively at CinemaCon and then played exclusively in front of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness before an online release.
